A good hotel to stay at. Basically came over for a friend’s wedding and stayed a day. Customer service was very poor and made to wait close to 20 minutes before check in. Breakfast food was decent. Room was good & clean with AC & TV. Good Wifi connectivity.

The AC in the room was not turned on when I got there. With an outside temperature of around 40*C it was very hot in the room. The hotel does not provide complimentary water, you have to buy it. There was no toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom. Half of the lights in the room don’t work. The fan doesn’t work. There’s only one thing worse than spending a night in this dump and that is spending two nights here.

My family an I booked 3 rooms for a single night at Manasa Inn in Kadapa. We are from the area originally but moved overseas to Australia. We had returned for my wedding reception and needed a place for 1 night before moving to the marriage hall. We booked Manasa Inn because it was recommended to us by family living in the area as one of the best places in the small town. After some research online we had to agree so we called and didn't have any trouble in arranging a booking for 3 rooms. The staff were courteous and cordial over the telephone. We arrived very late from Hyderabad (midnight) and despite that we had no complaints with the check-in and the porter helped with our bags and ensured everything was working (primarily the AC). The rooms themselves were relatively spartan but they had what was required: a comfortable bed, operational AC, a clean and functional bathroom, and security. The rooms certainly weren't 5-star: there was some water damage in our bathroom to the door, the previous tenant had left some cigarette butts on the window ledge that had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. The rooms included breakfast and it was a traditional breakfast which tasted delicious, the serving team was polite and efficient. Overall, I would say this is a good hotel for a small town (as per the title) and I don't think you'll find much better around the area.

I was hosting a friends reunion party at Manasa Inn in March, 2018. I called up Manasa Inn from USA and booked the party hall which is on the top floor plus 5 rooms. The Manasa Inn Management took special care of me. The catering was done by Manasa Inn restaurant which is on the main level. The food was exquisite. The staff took great care of all of us. The owner came to the party to enquire if everything was fine. Overall, they took care of each and every one. After the party, all my friends rested in beautiful and clean suites. The bathrooms were clean. The beds and bedsheets were clean. It is hard to maintain a hotel in a place like Kadapa where the crowds are not so polished. The villagers except the younger generation do not tend to keep the rooms clean. In spite of the challenge, the management has done a wonderful job in keeping the facility clean and meticulous. Hats off to them.
